Shipping costs:

Standard shipping costs in the Netherlands are 8.95 depending on the weight and product can still increase.
Standard shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are always 17.95 depending on the weight and product can still increase.
We also ship via Post nl to Italy, Spain, France, Portugal rates depending on weight.

Returning goods

As a private individual you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving a reason.
Business customers have no legal right to withdrawal.
You will then be credited with the order amount excluding the shipping costs within 14 days provided you return the items in good condition.
Only the costs for returning from your home to us are at your own expense.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied in the original condition and the original packaging will be returned to us within 5 days after notification of the return of the item.
