DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Shipping costs:

Standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are €7.95 or €10.95, depending on the weight and the product.
Extra heavy items may incur higher shipping costs.
Standard shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are always €17.95, depending on the weight, and this may increase further for each product.
We also ship via PostNL to Italy, Spain, France, and Portugal, with rates depending on weight.

Returning goods for private individuals

As a private individual, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving a reason.
As a private individual, you will then be credited with the order amount excluding shipping costs within 14 days, provided you return the items in good condition.

Returning goods for business individuals

Business customers do not have a legal right of withdrawal. If you still wish to return the order, you can. You will be refunded the order amount, minus 15% of the return costs and shipping costs, within 14 days, provided you return the items in good condition.

It is also possible to receive a voucher for ordering other products on our website, in which case the return costs will be waived.

Return Policy.

You are responsible for the return costs from your home or business to us.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all accessories, must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging within 5 days of notification of your return.
PLEASE NOTE: Alarm systems, IP cameras, and/or camera recorders, NVRs, DVRs, and other recording equipment are inspected upon receipt. Charges may apply if these are not in the default settings and cannot be reset to the default settings. These charges will not be credited and therefore cannot be returned.
The equipment must be in the default settings for password protection and, if applicable, logged out of the digital app (e.g., Hikvision).

If the seals on the packaging or other packaging are broken, we cannot refund the full amount. We can no longer sell this item as new and will have to offer it at a lower price on our website.
