Shipping costs:
Standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are €7.95 or €9.95, depending on the weight and the product.
Extra heavy items may incur higher shipping costs.
Standard shipping costs to Belgium and Germany are always €17.95, depending on the weight, and this may increase further.
We also ship via PostNL to Italy, Spain, France, and Portugal, with rates depending on weight.

Returning goods
As a private individual, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving a reason.
Business customers do not have a legal right of withdrawal.
You will then be credited with the order amount, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days, provided you return the items in good condition.
You are responsible for the return costs from your home to us. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, including all accessories, must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging within 5 days of notification of your return.
PLEASE NOTE: Alarm systems, IP cameras, and/or camera recorders, NVRs, DVRs, and other recording equipment will be inspected upon receipt. A fee of €25.00 will be charged for checking the equipment's functionality. If the equipment is NOT set to its default settings, it will not be credited and therefore cannot be returned.

PLEASE NOTE the following conditions when returning items!
You are responsible for paying for your return costs.
The equipment must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original, undamaged packaging. If the seals on the packaging are broken, we cannot refund the full amount. We can no longer sell this item as new and will have to offer it at a lower price on our website.
The equipment must be set to default values for passwords and, if applicable, logged out of the digital app (e.g., Hikvision).
PLEASE NOTE: Cables custom-ordered for you on the website CANNOT be returned. This also applies to special orders.

If you do not have an account, please send an email with your return request. Please include your order number. After approval, you can send it to us with a copy of your order attached.

PLEASE SHIP POSTAGE PAYMENT. We recommend sending it to us insured with a track and trace code. Please also include a copy of your order.
