The GX Remote Control app's push notification feature will be discontinued after December 31, 2025.

The notification system will be completely disabled from January 1, 2026. The app will remain usable, but notifications will no longer be displayed after this date.

Action required
Change the settings of Galaxy systems that currently send push notifications to the GX Remote Control app by December 31, 2025. Otherwise, an error message will be displayed on the keypads from January 1, 2026, and the operation of the affected systems will be disrupted. Instructions to prevent this can be found in this CAN document.

Note: The CAN documents use different names for the GX Remote Control app, but in all cases, it refers to the GX Remote Control app.

Honeywell indicates that the alternative is the Honeywell Max Pro Cloud.

An alternative to the MAX PRO CLOUD is the GSM dialer for the Galaxy Flex3.

WITH THIS GSM module, you can switch the Galaxy Flex3 on and off via SMS.
You will receive SMS notifications with the texts programmed into your alarm system, such as burglary, fire, or other alerts, ensuring a stable connection.
Not dependent on a Honeywell server.
You can still use the FREE GX remote app to remotely log into your system for more information.
