RS Access [56.4.03] to log in with the APP or for remote servicing

SET UP FIRST

RS Access Level [56.4.03.1]
Use this option to configure when the control panel is accessed remotely.

1=Off Access for remote service is disabled.

2=All Off Remote operation is only allowed when all blocks or the
entire system are switched off.

3=Block In Remote operation is only allowed when one of the blocks or the entire system is switched on.

4=Always Access always available (default).

RS Access Mode [56.4.03.2]
Use this option to manage access authorization and whether the remote session is
started from the control panel or a computer. 1=Direct access (USE THIS)
This allows access at any time (in combination with Access Level).

Access is initiated via the remote software. As soon as access is authorized and
started, uploading, downloading, and the remote service can begin.

2=Manager autor. (ONLY USE IF APPLICABLE, SO NOT BY DEFAULT)
Use this option to ensure that permission from the site manager is required
for remote access. There are two ways to do this:

Limited access time – Remote Service must gain access to the central unit 40 minutes after this option is
enabled (see option 47.1.2.0). Once a
connection has been established, there is no limit to the access duration. If the
connection is lost, access to the system can be
re-established via Remote Service within fifteen minutes. Callback – The manager programs the PBX to establish a connection with the computer for remote service (see option 47.1.2.1) by selecting one of the callback IP addresses programmed into the system.

1=Callback IP 1-5 There are five possible IP address/port number destinations that can be programmed. This enables communication with up to five different Remote Service locations.

1=IP address Enter the IP address of the PC on which the Remote Service application is running
2=Port number Enter the port number assigned on the computer for remote service (the default port number is 10001).
