Built-in magnet contacts for all alarm systems but also especially for Honeywell Galaxy alarm systems.

A built-in magnet is a part of the alarm system that is used for detecting the opening and closing of doors or windows. The contact exists out of two parts: a magnetic transmitter and receiver. The transmitter is installed between the door or window and the frame and the receiver on the inside of the frame. When a door or window is opened the distance between the transmitter and receiver changes and a message will be send to the alarm system to notify of a security breach. It is important to choose a magnet contact that is reliable and easy to install.
